Tarsar Marsar Trek
The Tarsar Marsar Trek is a breathtaking journey through the pristine landscapes of the Kashmir Valley in India. Nestled within the majestic Himalayas, this trek offers adventurers a captivating blend of alpine meadows, glistening lakes, lush forests, and awe-inspiring mountain vistas.
The trek typically begins from the enchanting village of Aru, located in the Pahalgam region of Jammu and Kashmir. From here, trekkers embark on a multi-day expedition that takes them through remote valleys and high-altitude passes, providing a profound connection with nature.
One of the highlights of the Tarsar Marsar Trek is encountering the two stunning alpine lakes after which the trek is named: Tarsar Lake and Marsar Lake.
